[RFT] – For Time:

Teams of 2 run the 400 meter runs together but can break up the rest of the workout however they choose.  Only one partner may be working at a time.

3 rounds of:

–  400 Meter Run
–  21 Kettlebell swings  @ 53 lbs / 35 lbs ( M / W )
–  12 Pull-ups

Followed by 1 round of:

–  30 Clean & Jerk  @ 135 lbs / 95 lbs ( M / W )

Goal is shortest time.
