News/Saturday Gym Closure

Hello everyone,

Starting next week we will be starting the Elements program again. the Elements program is for those who are new to CrossFit and its a way to get the new folks started and introduced into the CrossFit style of training without over doing it. Its a 12 session program that will get you ready to join the WOD classes. The Elements classes will be reflected on the schedule.

The Gym will closed Saturday the 14th because as many of you know I will be competing in San Francisco and Forrest will be attending to support me and Dan will be at the Firehouse. So wish me luck and I apologize for the inconvience.
