6 minute AMRAP of 20′ shuttle runpartner 1 holds elbow plank while 2 shuttles back and forth jumping over Partner 1 each trip. Total touches count for seconds to be subtracted from total time of timed WOD.
WOD time starts
400m buddy carry (switch as much as you want)
50 Box jump Burpees(1 person working at one time)
