L-sit 15 sec cumulative ( L-sit can be hanging from bar, on paraletes, or on rings)

10 c2b pull-ups ( butter fly kip if possible)

WOD:

Complete as many rounds and reps in 20 minutes of:

145/105 pound Power clean, 5 reps
10 Toes to bar
15 Wall ball shots, 20/14 pound ball
ON RAMP:

Dead Lift

Kipping
Jumping Pull-ups Walking lunges

3 rounds for time: Run 200m
Lunge 30 ft
10 jumping pull-ups
