WOD May 7th

Strength: 3×5 Bench Press

WOD:

30 rounds

1x Squat clean (135#/95#)

2x Weighted lunges (bar in racked position)

1x Overhead press, anyhow

CORE:  30 Half Moons/ 30 knees to elbows

June 3rd through the 5th I will be competing at the Norcal CrossFit Regionals in Santa Clara. If you dont have plans that weekend come out and push me. These competitions are exciting to watch.
