1. 150′ tire flip @ 3x body weight or more (90 second cap)
2. 3 attempts to set a 1RM 18″ axle deadlift
3. 3 attempts to set a 1RM overhead yoke carry x 100′ (no drops allowed)
4. 60 seconds max atlas stones over 44″ bar @ body weight or more
