10 min to establish team total 1rm split jerk

Rest 5 min then:

200m sandbag run (partner runs with the person carrying the bag)

20 burpees while 1 person holds the sandbag in the front rack (switch as needed)

20 pull ups (sandbag held off the ground anyway)

20 min amrap
