Warm-up:

20 Jumping Jacks

10 front to back leg swings each leg

10 forward & backward arm circles

10 dynamic toe touches

10 Overhead Squat w/pvc or broom handle

20 Jumping Jacks

WOD:  Reps 21-15-9

Push Press 115/75#

Jumping Squats 45/Body Weight

Core: 40 Back Ext and GHD Sit-ups
