So the gym is closed til next Wed for the CrossFit  Regionals (Go Jake!) and the Western States Police and Fire Games (Go Team!) This is your chance to do our at home challenge.  We will be posting at home workouts. Post your time or score on the comments and compare your times with others. Good Luck and see you soon!

10 Burpees

20 Lunges

30 Jumping Air Squats

40 Situps
