2 Person Team
On a 35 minute clock with a partner:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes:
30 double unders
15 pull ups
15 push ups
100 meter sprint
1 partner at time goes while partner 2 rest.
At the 30 minute mark, you have 5 minutes to get a 1 rep dead lift.
