HOME WOD Sept. 4th

This Sunday Sept 11th, will mark the 10 year anniversery of the 9/11 attacks on America.  Dan and Jake will be honoring that day, the 343 firemen and nearly 3,000 men and women who died on that terrible day by walking 110 stories in a downtown building. Tabata Something Else

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are lunges, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
