STRENGTH: GET A TEAM TOTAL MAX FRONT SQUAT (20 MIN)
TEAM WOD: 20MIN AMRAP
TEAMS OF 2; YOU WILL CHOOSE ANOTHER TEAM IN THE CLASS TO GO UP AGAINST
THE CLASS WILL BE SPLIT IN HALF; HALF THE CLASS STARTING ON A 100M BUDDY CARRY, THE OTHER HALF WILL BE DOING BURPEES AND KB SWINGS.
THE TEAMS STARTING ON THE BUDDY CARRY: 1 ATHLETE WILL CARRY THEIR TEAMMATE TO THE TREE AND BACK (100M) AS THE TEAM YOU ARE GOING AGAINST WILL BE INSIDE THE GYM DOING AMRAP BURPEES AND KB SWINGS (1 ATHLETE DOES BURPEES OTHER DOES KB SWINGS) UNTIL THE TEAM THEY ARE UP AGAINST GETS BACK ONTO THE MATS. KEEP TRACK OF THE NUMBER OF BURPEES AND KB SWING TOTAL THIS WILL BE YOUR SCORE!
