Forrest…. 27.35 first try
Did it on treadmill at home. My jack Russell ran both miles with me on the treadmill. Gotta try this on real ground. The miles seemed really long for the speed. Push ups were rough…down to 1 by 1 at the end. Minutes to be saved on the pushups alone. Will repost after road run.
