Wod March 6th

The Crossfit opens starts today! At StompinGround we will be running the open workouts on Saturdays from 9-11am. If you can’t make it on Saturdays, don’t fret you can come in during normal class times and we can arrange for someone to judge you. Lets have fun with the open and as always work hard!

Strength:

Deadlift

70%x6x5

 

Skills:

20 sec cumulative L-sit

12 ring dips ( do strict if possible)

x3 rounds

 

Wod: 15,12,9,6,3 reps

Shoulder to overhead 135/95#

10 Shuttle sprints (length of gym) between each rep set

 

Core: 3×10 good mornings

On Ramp

 

Dead Lift

Rower (SDHP) Thruster

Total Time (add intervals):
Row 200m (SDHP)
10 Thrusters (45/15 or PVC)
Time each interval (one person rests while partner goes)

3 times each (approx 3 min rest)
