WOD March 9th

As the 2011 Crossfit Games come  closer and closer, we will test our skills on a WOD from last years games.

Strength: Clean & Jerk: 3,3,3,1,1,1

WOD:

AMRAP in 7 Minutes of

7 Deadlifts (315 lbs or 75% of your 1 Rep Max)

14 Pistol Squats

21 Double Unders

Core: 3 x 10 GHD situps, 200 Meter One Arm Farmers Walk (each arm) 70/53/35/18
