WOD May 6th

Strength: 3×5 Snatch Pull

WOD:

Reps of 10-1 by 1’s (10, 9, 8, 7 and so on down to 1) Front Squat 155/95#

Alternate with

Reps of 1-10 by 1’s (1, 2, 3, 4 and so on up to 10) Pull Ups

But every 2 minutes stop and do 20 Double Unders

Example:

10 Front squats

1 Pull Up

9 Front Squats

2 Pull Ups

2 min mark 20 Double Unders

and so on until all reps completed
